Deena started RAW Beautie in 2015 in an effort to create an inviting, eco-friendly salon focused on superior customer service. She enlisted a team of highly educated stylists (most of whom are still with RAW Beautie today), and has worked to create a culture where everyone feels free to be themselves and supported to pursue their passions.

At RAW Beautie we deeply believe in continuing education, and our stylists are constantly honing their skills and staying on top of current color and styling trends.
