Deena started RAW Beautie in 2015 in an effort to create an inviting, eco-friendly salon focused on superior customer service. She enlisted a team of highly educated stylists (most of whom are still with RAW Beautie today), and has worked to create a culture where everyone feels free to be themselves and supported to pursue their passions. Deena decided to alter her focus on her relationships with clients behind the chair and sold Raw Beautie to fellow stylist Rebecca in May of 2024. Rebecca has taken to the roll and trying to keep the salon culture the best she can while adding some updates.

At RAW Beautie we deeply believe in continuing education, and our stylists are constantly honing their skills and staying on top of current color and styling trends.
